This beautiful pin from the Art Nouveau era depicts a crescent moon accented with a vibrant green enamel four-leaf clover. The small pin is crafted from green cloisonné enamel set with a natural seed pearl in the yellow gold-filled metal. The moon is decorated with flowers, such a beautiful antique pin to give to your loved one!
The four-leaf clover is a symbol of luck due to the rarity of finding one in the wild. A crescent moon in the Victorian and Art Nouveau eras symbolizes womanhood, fertility, empowerment, and psyche.
The brooch is in very good antique condition with minor signs of wear. The enamel is very nice, with no damage or crackling. The pin and hinge are fully functional but a little stiff from age. The pearl is a natural seed pearl that is secure in the mounting. There clasp is stamped OK/KI. The pin is hollow and not dented or damaged.
The brooch measures 3/4″ tall and wide and weighs 1.13 grams. The box is for display only.
