They are typically carved out of hard stone, shell or coral, and lava and can be used as jewelry or objets d’ art. To learn more about cameos, read our blog post here:
The ring is in very good antique condition with minor signs of wear. The plastic figure has a small chip from the bottom, which isn’t distracting. The surface of the plastic has a few tiny nicks but is in overall good condition of the stone. The gold has fine lines and marks on the surface, which is typical of antique jewelry. The shank is not stamped or marked, and the metal was tested.
The ring is a size 8 and can be sized. The head measures 3/8″ tall and 5/16″ wide and weighs 1.76 grams. The box is for display only.
Please note the measurements in the details section, as the item can appear more significant than the actual size. Shipping is combined on multiple orders.
