Description
During the 1960s, charm bracelets saw a resurgence, and this cute sterling silver wishing well charm was crafted during this era. The charm is highly detailed and would make a great addition to your collection!
Danecraft was a jewelry manufacturing company founded in 1939 by Victor Primavera Sr., who immigrated from Pescara, Italy. The Primavera family had a long and prestigious history of goldsmithing and jewelry design in Italy; they even crafted jewels for Italian royalty and nobility. Primavera Sr. learned his father’s trade and continued the family legacy in Providence, Rhode Island.
The charm is in very good vintage condition with minimal signs of wear. The surface of the silver shows fine lines and marks typical of vintage jewelry. The silver has dark patina areas, especially along the seam, which can be polished upon request. The charm is stamped DANECRAFT STERLING.
The charm measures 15/16″ tall and 5/8″ wide and weighs 5.37 grams. The box is for display only.
