The locket is in very good antique condition with minimal signs of wear. The surface of the silver has fine lines and scratches from wear, which is typical of antique jewelry. The locket opens and closes just fine, and the inside has a red fabric backing, and one of the glass panels is missing. The locket can hold one photo and/or a small keepsake.
The necklace is 18" long, the locket measures 2-1/2" tall and 1-1/2" wide, and weighs 42.16 grams. The box is for display only.
