The Carl-Art, Inc. was founded in Providence, Rhode Island, in 1937 and manufactured jewelry until 1976.
The brooch is in very good vintage condition with minor signs of wear. The surface of the silver has a few fine marks but nothing noticeable or obvious. The back is stamped STERLING and the maker‘s mark for Cart Art.
The pin measures 1 1/4" tall by 1 3/4" wide and weighs 5.72 grams. The box is for display only.
