Vintage 1960s Mother of Pearl BETHLEHEM Carved Shell Flower Large Brooch

Carved in the 1960s, this gorgeous mother-of-pearl brooch displays a large flower surrounded by lush foliage. The shell displays slight iridescence and has a beautiful, glowing sheen to the surface. This lightweight brooch is a great piece to wear on dark clothing!

The brooch is in very good vintage condition with minimal signs of wear. The surface shows light marks and lines typical of vintage pieces. The modern safety clasp is in silver-tone metal and is glued onto the back, which you can see a bit of. The clasp is fully functional, and the back is stamped BETHLEHEM.
