These cufflinks from the 1960s feature dark red glass that glows in the sunlight. The red glass stands out against the silver-plated metal, making it a great pair of mid-century cufflinks by Swank.
Swank was established in 1897 in Attleboro, MA, and initially specialized in men's and women's costume jewelry. During WWI, they shifted to manufacturing dog tags, and after the war, they dedicated themselves solely to men's accessories.
The cufflinks are in very condition vintage condition with minimal signs of wear. The glass cabochons exhibit no signs of cracks or chips and are securely set. The backs are stamped SWANK, and the torpedo toggles are fully functional.
The cufflinks measure 5/8" tall and wide, weighing 7.38 grams. The box is for display only.
