Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Your item must be in the same condition you received it to be eligible for a return.
Refunds
If you want to return an item, please email us at info@thegemmary.com. We will send you our return address so you can return your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should email us at info@thegemmary.com. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us at info@thegemmary.com within 14 days of delivery.
Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. We will refund the original purchase price plus the standard outbound shipping cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been customized or made to order.
