Shipping Policy
Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom orders or special requests may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship all orders using trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected method, package weight, and destination.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
- Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
- All shipments include tracking and insurance.
- For high-value orders ($100 or more), we require signature confirmation upon delivery.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide, except to countries with prohibited or restricted items under U.S. law.
- Buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.
- We cannot mark items as “gifts” or undervalue them on customs declarations, as this violates U.S. and international shipping laws.
- International shipments are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
Estimated Delivery Times
- U.S. Orders: 3-7 business days
- International Orders: 7-21 business days (varies by location and customs processing)
Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing are beyond our control.
Restricted & Prohibited Items
- We comply with all U.S. Department of Commerce, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and international shipping regulations.
- Some items may be restricted from shipping to specific countries. We do not ship to embargoed or sanctioned countries per U.S. law.
- If an order is returned due to a country’s import restrictions, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- All orders are fully insured for their value.
- Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
- If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist in providing necessary documentation.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping fees.
