The necklace is in very good antique condition with tiny signs of wear on the metal and shell. The cameo has a small pit on the back, which most likely happened during manufacturing. The chain is not kinked, and the fancy clasp is fully functional. The clasp is stamped 1/20 12K GF. The gold-filled chain is well-worn.
The necklace is 18″ long, the pendant measures 1-1/2″ tall and 7/8″ wide, and weighs 3.57 grams. The box is for display only.
