Description
The early 1920s saw the beginning of the Jazz era and economic boom time! Delicate filigree rings were the most popular engagement ring, and this sweet ring was crafted during this exciting time! The openwork, 14K yellow and white gold filigree, allows the light to illuminate the 0.16-carat old European cut diamond, allowing it to sparkle.
The ring is in very good antique condition with minimal signs of wear. The surface of the gold shows fine lines and marks, but there is nothing noticeable or visible. The diamond is secure in the setting and does not wiggle. The filigree is not bent or broken, and the shank is not warped or broken. The ring is stamped 14K, and a GIA Graduate Gemologist measured and graded the diamond.
The ring is a size 6, can be sized, and weighs 2.14 grams. The diamond is 3.2mm x 3.2mm x 2.2mm, J-K color, VVS2 clarity, and weighs 0.16 carats. The box is for display only.
