This stunning vintage brooch was crafted by the Eisenberg jewelry company in the 1940s. It is a large, designer “Eisenberg Ice” starburst brooch set in sterling silver, adorned with sparkling Swarovski crystals. This eye-catching Retro-era brooch is from a famous jewelry company.
Eisenberg & Sons, founded in the early 20th century, began as a women’s fashion company but gained fame for its high-quality costume jewelry, particularly during the 1930s and 1940s. Their iconic “Eisenberg Ice” line featured dazzling designs adorned with Swarovski crystals, renowned for their brilliance and intricate craftsmanship. Collectors highly sought after these pieces.
The brooch is in very good condition, with no missing crystals. A few of the smaller crystals have darkened slightly. The sterling shows minimal signs of wear with little areas of patina. The modern safety clasp is fully functional. The back is stamped STERLING and Eisenberg.
The brooch measures 2″ tall and wide and weighs 41.94 grams. The box is for display only.
