Description
Oozing with mid-century modern character, this gorgeous ring crafted by Clark and Coombs in the 1960s is set with glowing red glass set into the yellow gold-filled metal. The glistening oval-cut glass pops against the yellow gold and is accented by two clear rhinestones. A beautiful, unisex ring for December babies!
Clark and Coombs Co. was founded in Providence, Rhode Island, in 1872 and manufactured jewelry until 1988.
The ring is in very good to good vintage condition with minor signs of wear. The surface of the gold shows fine lines, pits, and marks, and a noticeable spot on the bottom side of the band. Please refer to the photographs to view these. The glass is not chipped or cracked and secure in the mounting. The shank is stamped 18K GOLD ELECTROPLATE and the C&C logo of Clark and Coombs. The base metal is silver.
The ring is a size 11.25 and cannot be sized. The ring is 9/16″ wide and weighs 7.84 grams. The box is for display only.
