Description
This lovely suffragette-styled ring is adorned with peridot, amethyst, and diamond and set in 10K yellow gold. Crafted in the 1980s, the green, white, and violet stones could pay homage to suffragette jewelry. Coded messages in an acrostic style spelled out their message: Give (green) Women (white) the Vote (violet). A lovely revival ring to add to your vintage collection!
The ring is in very good to excellent vintage condition with slight wear. The surface of the gold has fine lines and marks, typical of vintage jewelry. The gems are not chipped or cracked and have a few tiny nicks under magnification along the facet junctions. The shank is stamped 10K and has a worn maker’s mark.
The ring is a size 6.25, can be sized, and weighs 2.96 grams. The round brilliant diamond is 2.5 mm, I1 clarity, G color, and weighs 0.06 carats. The band is stamped 10K, and the box is for display only.
Please note the measurements in the details section, as the item can appear more significant than the actual size. Shipping is combined on multiple orders.
