The Jonette Jewelry company was founded in 1937 in Providence, Rhode Island, under the name Providence Jewelry Company. The current name was established in 1944, and the company manufactured jewelry until 2006.
The brooch is in very good vintage condition with minimal signs of wear. The surface of the pewter has a few fine lines and marks, but nothing noticeable. The back is stamped JJ copyright symbol, and the pin is fully functional.
The brooch measures 1-5/8″ tall and 2-1/4″ wide and weighs 14.84 grams. The box is for display only.
