This beautiful replica of a Victorian forget-me-not flower jewelry set was crafted for the Metropolitan Museum of Art gift shop in New York City. The yellow gold-plated copper design contrasts beautifully with the vibrant blue lab-created turquoise cabochons and glass rhinestones. This floral set includes a necklace, bracelet, and pierced stud earrings. It would make a lovely vintage addition to any collection!
The jewelry is in very good vintage condition with minimal signs of wear. The surface of the gold plate is not damaged or chipped, but has a few spots of wear and a slight green "verdigris" on the back. The back is stamped 'MMA' for the Metropolitan Museum of Art and 'FBS' for the Forbes collection.
The necklace is 16" long, 3/8" wide, and weighs 6.06 grams. The bracelet is 7" long, 3/8" wide, and weighs 6.51 grams. The earrings are 3/8" tall and weigh 1.73 grams. The box is for display only.
