Vintage 1960s SWANK Oval Mid Century Modern Silver Tone Cuff Link and Tie Clip Set

Swank made these mid-century vintage cufflinks and tie clips in the 1960s. The oval mod silver-tone set is lightly etched with a simple design. The matte or brushed texture is accented with two curved triangles in opposite corners. This is a great vintage set to add to your collection!

Swank was founded in 1897 in Attleboro, MA, and initially specialized in men‘s and women‘s costume jewelry. During WWI, they switched to manufacturing dog tags, and post-war, they decided only to make men‘s accessories.

The set is in very good vintage condition with minimal signs of wear. The most noticeable signs are on the back of the cuff links and the toggles, where there are typical fine scratches and marks from use. The backs of all three pieces are marked Swank and are silver-tone metal. The clip and toggles are fully functional. There is a small "scuff" on the front of one cuff link.

The cuff links measure 1-1/16" wide and 1/2" tall, and the tie clip is 1-5/16" wide and 1/4" tall. The cuff links weigh 14.21 grams, and the clip weighs 3.20 grams.
